Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisitions Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment field, with a preference for those who have experience in a recruitment agency. This role is essential for our company’s success in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. The Senior Talent Acquisitions Associate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the company.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally with all candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and implement new strategies for talent acquisition.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment field.
• Experience working in a recruitment agency is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
