Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager

Responsibilities 

• Work with team of both functional and technical consultants to design, develop, execute and deliver end to end solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
• Translate campaign briefs or client business requirements into deliverables. 
• Deliver and execute cross-channel campaigns for customers, as well as post-campaign analysis, optimization and feedback to customers. 
• Build marketing automation programs including emails, sms, automation activities, audience segmentation, journeys, and other components needed for marketing campaigns. 
• Support deliverables including business requirements document, design document and testing plans that aligns with business needs 
• Support pre-sales team with preparing demos of SFMC 
• Continuously build knowledge in SFMC through trailhead, partner learning camp and certifications.

Qualifications 

• Experience of working within campaign management within agency or client-side. 
• Experience of campaign development from brief to execution. 
• Technical experience of working with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing or other similar cross-channel marketing technologies. 
• Strong experience in Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Web Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio. 
• Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and can-do attitude. 
• Working experience of AMPscript, HTML, CSS and SQL 
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills to deliver multiple projects/campaign
