1.      Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and the ability to apply them appropriately to various IT projects.

2.      Portfolio Management: Skills in overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, optimizing resource allocation, and managing dependencies across projects.

3.      Governance and Compliance: Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements, including risk management, quality assurance processes, and ensuring projects adhere to company standards and regulations.

4.      Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring clear and consistent project reporting and engagement.

5.      Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with PMO tools and software for project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and dashboarding tools for real-time project analytics.
