Manage project for both functional and technical teams and be accountable for structuring projects to meet client goals and objectives
Manage internal and external stakeholders to reach/exceed expected satisfaction level.Be responsible for project timeline, resource management, quality and completeness.
Track all activities against plans to provide regular and accurate reports to senior management, project committee, and client management as appropriate
Be responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skill; be able to quickly identify project risks and opportunities in an early stage and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them
Lead projects; developing and maintaining manpower plans for staff needed, resolving resource conflicts and monitoring deployment of individuals to ensure that they can contribute effectively while developing skills and experience
Cultivate and maintain good relationship with client, and regularly develop customer’s satisfaction
Ensure overall project goals and objectives are met
Project are run on time with proper resources
Project status and related information are reported appropriately
