Task :

• Manage /Direct multiple enterprise sized projects or equivalent,for cross functional and technical teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders and accountable for structuring projects to meet client goals and objectives. 
• Responsible for project timeline,resource management , quality and completeness.
• Track all activities against plans plans to provide regular and accurate reports to senior management, project committee, and client management as appropriate. 
• Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics,Including cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving aptitude; be able to quickly identify project risks and opportunities early in the project and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them.
• Lead projects; developing and maintaining manpower plans for staff involved, resolving resource conflicts and monitoring deployment of individuals to ensure that they can contribute effective while developing skills and experience.

Key Challenge : 

• Understand key business drivers across multiple industries. 
• Create and Keep relationships with clients, and preserve customer satisfaction. 
• Early identify and address project risks and opportunity. 
• Develop and maintain manpower plans for staff involved and monitoring deployment of individuals to ensure that they can contribute effectively while developing skills and experience. 

Decision making Authority : 

• Able to make decisions related to project management such as timeline, resource,and scope. 
• Make decision based on what will deliver client value.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in system implementation and project management and/or in business process development.
• Understand database management.
• Understand / possess IT skills (e.g.SQL,HTML).
• Strong knowledge of CRM process,Sales,Service Center and Marketing.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge in multiple industries.
• Address business opportunity. 
• Capable of quickly developing knowledge in other industries or commodities. 
• Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
• Time Management, Analysis Skills.
• Thai Nationality.
