Prepare and manage the sales budget to align with company targets; analyze data to drive sales growth and submit monthly performance reports to management.
Prepare and control customer/distributor expense budgets.
Collaborate with the marketing team and customers/distributors to plan, review, and execute sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
Prepare distributor appointment contracts and jointly develop and evaluate annual business plans with marketing and distributors.
Plan and assess strategies for international market expansion.
Introduce new products to customers/distributors and follow up on sales proposals to meet company sales goals.
Enhance customer/distributor knowledge and skills, including product knowledge and marketing/promotion activities.
Coordinate with customers to prepare or revise monthly rolling sales forecasts in the system.
Receive and manage customer complaints, liaise with the factory to support sales decisions, and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor customer payments, verify accuracy, and coordinate with the international finance team to ensure compliance with payment terms and delivery schedules.
Plan customer visits and market surveys, and prepare reports for management.
Organize participation in trade shows, plan travel itineraries, and prepare post-event summary reports.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales, expenses, and profitability for management meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in international sales or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication skills in English or the primary language used in the assigned country group.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Professional appearance, good interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues between the company and clients.
Possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and passport.
