Business Development Manager
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategy and business development initiatives in order to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Strengthen relationship with existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand business.
Identify potential new clients, build relationship, qualify leads and close new business.
Manage sales pipeline, report sales activities and provide sales forecast to management regularly
Own end-to-end sales process including proposal development, contract review, billing and payment collection
Champions clients’ needs and requirements within ControlExpert organization
Represent ControlExpert at conventions and other industry-related events
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
5+ years of sales, business development experience in IT services, SaaS or solution selling experience
Consultative sale skills with a proven track record.
Strong networking and relationship building ability
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
Self-starter who needs minimal supervision
Fluent communication in both Thai and English
Previous insurance industry experience and knowledge of claim / repair processes and dynamics is a plus
