Cost Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities.

• Reviewing BOM and Routing by structure costs on the system compared with the actual data.
• Conduct product cost calculation e.g. Standard Cost, Actual Cost, Revision Cost, etc.
• Monitor Production Variance and DC/OHC Consumption of Job Processes in SAP
• Consolidated product cost calculation e.g. Standard Cost, Actual Cost, Revision Cost, etc.
• Conduct and analyze contribution margin and gross margin on product.
• Support manufacturing - Monitoring Inventory and Physical count and preparing monthly summary Inventory movement reports (including reconciliation against GL)
• Support the costing module to all factories.
• Special assignments e.g. preparing monthly management reports,
• Review existing processes and develop necessary reports to reduce manual work, etc.

Qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Cost accounting, Accounting, Statistics, and Financial in a related field.
• Experienced in manufacturing cost or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for more than 3 years.
• Experience of team management in managerial/supervisory positions
• Very good in Microsoft Office and ERP-SAP
• Must have experience from a manufacturing company. Experience in food and beverage, consumer products, or any FMCG is preferable.
• Must be adaptable with strong leadership skills well organized, detail-oriented, good analytical and logical skills, and Proactive.
