Responsibilities
1. Sourcing, auditing suppliers/subcontractors for procurement requirements in relevant
projects, and selecting the best suppliers in terms of price, quality, trade terms and
conditions. Understanding in sourced materials and a clear communication of
specification to suppliers is a must to avoid later operational problems.
2. Travel may be required to deal with farmers on-site and observe their crops’ quality.
3. Responsible for building up and managing a master list of suppliers and product for
each Category/SKUs
4. Strategically review and update the item cost, selling price or related factor by
daily/weekly to ensure we can achieve margin target and competitive selling price
5. Responsible for pricing strategy in order to enhance an upselling to a right customer
segment as well as product cross-selling to drive overall sales.
6. Analyzing spending history to identify the potential centralized category and prepare
purchasing strategy for implementation.
7. Analyze and manage products in the portfolio to drive sales from the right customer
segment (upselling and cross-selling)
8. Participating in cross-function meetings to develop commercial strategy especially for
inventory stock plan and product pricing and promotions.
9. Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to solve the problem to be the
highest efficiency work, service level and least damage
10. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating new trade terms to get more
benefits
11. Preparing weekly margin report(s) by product category / product level and review with
the management team.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
2. At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Food purchasing/procurement.
3. Experience in Food manufacturing or the Food Supply Chain is prefer
4. Passionate and self-starter. A demonstrated commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Excellent command in English
7. Good in Leadership, logical & Systematic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
8. Computer literate - Microsoft Office.
