We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in project-based and Systems Integration (SI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales cycles from lead generation to close, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for project-based and SI solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, as well as nurture existing client relationships to expand our market presence.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and product/solution overviews to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven skill and experience in selling project-based solutions and Systems Integration (SI) services.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with Contact Center technologies, or enterprise collaboration solution, or enterprise CRM solution, or AI technologies.
- At least five years sales experience in IT or software domain.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is required.
