Inbound & Production Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities
1. In charge of the assigned operations team to ensure a smooth operation across inbound, production, stocking and outbound functions.
2. supervise material receiving to comply with the company’s policy and material specification.
3. also oversee operations team to maximize productivity level as well as to ensure a timeliness of production, meeting the company’s standard and target.
4. Planning the use of storage space, controlling, operation receiving-disbursement storing in warehouses.
5. Adhere strictly to GHP/HACCP standard practices with utmost courtesy to sanitary and product safety.
6. Directs and conducts an inventory inspection (physical count) on a regular basis in accordance with the company’s policy.
7. Prepare working shifts for each production staff and allocate manpower to ensure a production completed as per daily plan.
8. Develop and coach subordinates to improve their production skills and to increase team productivity.
 

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related fields
2. At least 2-3 years work experience in Manufacturing and Warehouse activities
3. Knowledge in GHP/HACCP system is a must.
4. Experience in Warehouse Management System is a plus
5. Forklift license will be advantageous.
