Job Descriptions:

• Analyzing and translating user requirements into business requirement specifications.
• Design and develop a software requirement specification.
• Works closely with software developers, software testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and meet user satisfaction.
• Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house courses, external courses, and self-learning.
• Provide requirement spec using UML , Flow Chart, Sequence Diagram , Use Case Diagram ,Interface Spec.
• Ensure software quality for Deployment, post production support.
• Provide Troubleshooting documents.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to communicate with team members and management to explain complex issues clearly. 
• Ability to provide logical, analytical and creative approaches to problem solving.
• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Good systematic thinking, problem solving, self-learning and collaboration.
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in System Analyst.
