Talent Acquisition:
Ensure a consistent focus on creating an experiences for our employee, line managers and senior leaders.
Proactive develop TA strategy that will enable delivery of services against the combined short-long term talent demand plans for all Thailand.
Build high engage, high performing, and agile TA team that delivers high value to the businsess
Establish and maintain high performance related with key stakholder relationships with the business to understand forecast talent needs and manage business needs are belong delivered in high quality and efficient manner via the TA services & team
Talent Development
Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goal
Assess training needs and create program to enhance employee skills and careergrowth
Manage leaning platforms and tools to support employees Development
Design and execute talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring and co coaching initiatives
work with managers to create career development plans
support succession planning and leadership pipeline development
Oversee and improve performance appraisal process
Develop training for managers and employees on performance management best practices
Design initiative to boots employee engagement and satisfaction
Partner with HR, leadership team, and department head to align TD initiative with business needs
