Responsibilities

• Plan and execute software development projects using agile methodologies. 
• Manage project timelines, budget, resources, and risks. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, UX/UI, and product 
  management teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. 
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. 
• Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and 
  networking systems. 
• Plan, design, and implement the company's IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the 
  efficient operation of all IT systems and services. 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring that they have the necessary 
  skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. 
• Monitor the performance of all IT systems and services, identifying and resolving any issues that 
  arise in a timely and effective manner. 
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure that all IT systems and services are up-to-date 
  and operating efficiently. 
• Manage the retail store set up, including the installation and maintenance of all necessary IT 
  systems and infrastructure. 
• Manage the warehouse management system to ensure the smooth operation of inventory 
  management. 
• Oversee the point of sales system to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and 
  efficiently. 
• Manage the helpdesk management system and support team to ensure that all IT-related issues 
  are resolved in a timely and effective manner. 
• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively manage project changes. 
• Work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and ensure 
  adherence to software development best practices. 
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and ensure that vendors meet project 
  expectations. 
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards. 
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient 
  software development lifecycle. 
• Maintain and improve security posture of applications and infrastructure by implementing 
  security best practices and staying up-to-date with latest security threats and vulnerabilities. 
• Provide guidance and support to other teams on DevOps practices and tools. 
• Work on integration efforts with enterprise systems and applications. 
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, verbal, presentation 
  & documentation skills to foster clarity and predictability. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking 
  systems. 
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, node, PHP Laravel, react, infrastructure, network, Wi-Fi, retail 
  store set up, warehouse management, ecommerce , point of sales, helpdesk management, and 
  support team. 
• Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable. 
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team 
  effectively. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex ITrelated issues. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people 
  at all levels of the organization.
