• Manage renovations and improvements of rental spaces and common areas, ensuring smooth execution, alignment with objectives, and adherence to the budget (from design to handover).
• Collaborate with tenants and relevant departments throughout the fit-out process, including approval submissions, inspections, construction, and handover.
• Develop and update tenant fit-out guidelines to reflect current conditions and align with the center's strategic plans.
• Prepare and oversee related documentation and data, such as BOQs, TORs, and inspection reports.
