Partner with SVP HR to establish short and long term strategies to drive business success. ensure the people agenda is deployed and effectively actioned and is actioned within Malee Group and drive balance of business and employees advocacy.
Develop and engage in appropriate OD inventions that strengthen the health of organization and enable high performance culture.
Partnering with function heads, and Line managers to develop talent development strategy and build up the succession plan for the commercial functions.
Measure organizational health, be a catalyst to lead change and provide recommendation to the LM or functional leaders. Point out the critical issues to LMs in order to make change.
Analyze & diagnose the engagement agenda of the each team, partnering with LM to drive engagement strategy and activities to tackle any issues that impede in delivering business result.
Provide the Performance Management guidance to Line Manager such as coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
Encourage and educate LM on using the Malee Culture (TOP) as the core in managing and making decision. Be culture champion.
Manage and resolve employee relation issues. Conduct effective thorough and objective investigation. Provide People policies and practice and Compliance.
Assist and work closely with LM and employees to improve work relationship, build up morale, and increase work productivity and retention.
Identify the right candidates for Malee Group in recruitment process to ensure the quality of people selection. Act as the guardian and balance in the selection process.
