Understand business and technical requirements and able to translate to BI dashboards and data visualisation that address business and technical needs
Participate and contribute in requirement workshops and meetings to collect, analyse, confirm and provide BI functional and technical requirements that can be used for implementation
Create project documents, engagement materials or other related deliverables and participate in delivering to customers
Implement BI and Visual Analytics projects/engagements that meet customer goals and objectives, and within project timeline
Manage own tasks, schedules and deliverables and co-ordinate the work of others. In addition, be accountable for specific areas of responsibility / deliverables
Support business and practice development activities and able to present/demonstrate solutions to stakeholders
Research and stay connected with BI and Visual Analytics technologies and best practices and share findings with team members to drive business opportunities and enhance team capabilities

Profile & Qualification:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Operations Research, Economics or related field.
3+ years of work experience in data analytics, BI and data visualisation
Experience in development of BI & visual analytics using Tableau or Power BI
Experience in writing SQL queries
Hands-on experience in data modelling and data transformation using SQL
Experience working with data residing on Hadoop, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and relational databases.
Experience working on production-grade projects
Experience in data visualisation design and ad-hoc analysis e.g. executive/performance dashboards and insight reports
Strong experience with Tableau, QlikView, Power BI or similar
Preferred Knowledge
Solid understanding of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Discovery & Visualisation

Other Requirements

Knowledge in data mart/data warehouse, ETL design & implementation or Modern Data Architecture
Experience working with one or more language for querying e.g. SQL, Python
Experience with data platform such as Hadoop, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
