Responsibilities

• Contribute to top management team as part of collection performance management and project management
• Develop collection strategy and account management plan for both in-housed team and OA to improve loss recovery
• Plan collection capacity responding to portfolio expansion and construct practical collection incentive scheme for in-housed team and OA
• Lead collection process improvement plan for fast recovery and operational efficiency
• Collaborate in collection management projects, and act as key member to drive them to meet timeline and objective
• Lead and work on key projects as per assigned by top management

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields
• At least 12 years of practical professional background under collection strategy, risk management or related functions
• Strong knowledge of the business model of retail credit products, process and debt collection tactics
• Direct working experience in start-up environment, financial service industry or Fintech company would be a strong plus
• Strong leadership, well organized, highly energetic, strong passion to drive result and work effectively to meet strict timeline
• Strong commitment to deliver superior business performance following organizational aspiration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
