Responsibilities
1. Work closely with Commercial, Sales and Marketing team to align weekly/monthly trade
situation and promotion/business strategy plan
2. Discuss and agree with related team and sign off allocation and replenishment plan
3. Issue PO and ensure new purchasing stock meet customer expectations and timeline
4. Work closely with the warehouse team to align intake and Inbound slot-time planning
5. Track PO status and review supplier service level. Develop SSL with commercial team
and suppliers
6. Monitor, analyze waste, non-movement, non-active and stock aging. Provide the short
and long term solution with related team
7. Always maintain stock availability to achieve customer expectations
 

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, supply chain, logistics or related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in Ordering and Demand Planning management
3. In-depth knowledge of Forecasting and Ordering Systems
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills
