Responsibilities:

• Represent the company B2B Platform with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to deliver an effective sales pitch.
• Responsible for canvassing/finding new leads through various channels.
• Must call new leads to convert into new customers.
• Responsible for delivering sales revenue targets.
• Manage and grow sales pipeline.
• Key account management; foster client relationships to build customer retention.
• Identify customer pain points, up-sell / cross-sell recommend products for customer needs
• Cross-functional work; Collaborate with offline sales team and the commercial (product
  sourcing) team to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Natively fluent in Thai. English is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in using online communication channels and tools such as LINE OA and Facebook Messenger.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to communicate product details or technical information accurately to technical or non-technical customers
• Time and multitasking management, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to plan sales activities.
• Proven experience with e-commerce, B2B sales, HoReCa, or Food & Beverage Sales is preferred.
• Food and beverage background is a plus.
