• 1.Install, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on IT systems and peripheral devices to ensure service continuity and a seamless experience for users and customers. 
• 2.Respond promptly to technical issues by diagnosing problems and conducting repairs, with clear communication and follow-up to maintain user trust and satisfaction. 
• 3.Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and produce detailed reports to support transparency, operational reliability, and continuous service improvement. 
• 4.Coordinate and communicate effectively with end users, passengers, and internal teams to deliver proactive and customer-oriented IT support in accordance with service excellence principles

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male, aged 27–35 years. 

2. Vocational Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields. 

3. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in computer systems and telecommunications installation or maintenance. 

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset

5.Proficiency in computer hardware, networking, and peripheral devices. 

6. Familiar with basic troubleshooting techniques and IT support best practices. 

7. Passionate about delivering exceptional service, with a solid understanding of Service Excellence principles and a strong commitment to creating a positive user experience
