Responsibilities
Attracting potential candidates and developing candidate pool that meet with clients’ need
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skill, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Perform reference checks as needed
Interview candidates considering both Skills and Behavior perspective to match them to the right jobs for their careers
Evaluate and summarize candidate strengths and weaknesses
Providing and supporting candidates with career advice and guidance
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Qualifications for Recruiter
Bachelor degree or higher in any field
2-5 years of recruiting experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation, coordinating, problem solving skills
Excellent presentation and selling skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
