Critical Tasks

• Lead the execution of requirements, functional and other business sessions and be accountable for structuring projects to meet client goals and objectives in business aspects in small to medium sized projects
• Create / Review functional documents and other related deliverables, and participate in delivering to the client
• Design and provide implementation of analyzes that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology
• Manage own tasks, schedules and deliverables and co-ordinate the work of others. In addition, be accountable for specific areas of responsibility / deliverables.

Key Challenge

• Be supportive and proactive to the team in both functional and technical tasks
• Keep up-to-date to business in multiple industries and technology for the best analysis
• Supervise other team members

Qualification

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of system implementation experience or related fields
• Strong business acumen and knowledge in multiple industries
• Knowledge in the following areas: CRM, Portal, Design Pattern
• Knowledge in application process development, UML, SDLC, Cloud
• Software Development specific certification or other related certification
• Interpersonal and Communication skills
• English skills

• Strong presentation skill
• Able to work under pressure and time limitation
