• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations;
• Train and supervise restaurant staff;
• Managing reservations and seating allocations on a daily basis;
• Handling complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant guests and employees;
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints;
• Rostering and staff performance management;
• Handle paperwork and other administrative duties;
• Implement policies and protocols to maintain restaurant operations;
• Development and maintenance of the wine and beverage program;
• POS management;
• Menu updating;
• Managing and updating customer database;
• Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety and licensing regulations;
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction;
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant; 
• Promote the restaurant in the local community through word–of–mouth and restaurant events;
• Help to create social media content to promote the restaurant.
