Recruitment (30%)

• To assist in recruitment process such as prescreening, scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed.
• To use both Skills and Behavior-based interviewing techniques to match candidates to the right jobs for their careers;
• To provide career advice and guidance to candidates.  

Others (70%)

• To maintain and updates HR Information and ensure that all personnel information is properly and accurately captured, effectively managed, and maintained at all.
• To conduct new employee orientations and ensure employees gain an understanding of company as well as ensure all staffs comply with Employee Handbook, take disciplinary actions when necessary, in accordance with described policy and procedure.
• To provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines.
• To handle employee relations program/activity and corporate social responsibility activities.
• To perform other related tasks as assigned.
