Lead consultative discovery workshops with customers to capture client requirements to answer both technical and business challenges of their marketing initiatives.
Work with team of both functional and technical consultants to design, develop and deliver end to end solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create and manage deliverables including business requirements document, design document and testing plans that aligns with business needs.
Advise customer on best practices relating to their use of SMFC to help customers realize value.
Support pre-sales team in validating requirements for SMFC, presenting solutions and or product demonstrations.
Provide guidance to younger team members as they develop knowledge in SFMC.
Requirements and contents are gathered in the sessions correctly and completely - Documents are created and completed on time.
Work items are built and unit-tested on time and properly correct.
Functional and related assignments completely are achieved on timely manner.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
Experience with Marketing Cloud implementations, with 2+ years direct experience on the platform.
Experience leading customer facing discovery sessions to conceptualize and design complex business solutions.
A solid understanding and solutioning for Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard functionalities including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder and Audience / Contact Builder.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Integration methodologies, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, basic SQL, and relational databases.
Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and can-do attitude.
Related experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Community) preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Email Specialist or Consultant) is preferred
Experience with Interaction Studio, Social Studio, or Datorama is a plus.
