รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead project management activities, system integration plan and partnership collaboration
•Establish project scope and objective, and prioritize projects with BUs with cost-to-benefit study and budgeting strategy
•Monitor project progress and escalate key issues during the implementation to top management and relevant parties
•Collaborate with both internal and external parties to drive project executions and overall performance (agile methodology) to meet project timeline with agreed quality of deliverables
•Design operational workflow and sync with current infrastructure to launch new financial products to the market
•Regularly update all assigned projects to top management and stakeholders, as project co-owner with direct project owners
