รายละเอียดงาน

* Financial Planning and Analysis : Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with the company's objectives.

* Financial Reporting and Compliance : Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

* Cash Flow Management : Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including cash forecasting, optimizing working capital, and maintaining appropriate liquidity levels. Monitor and analyze financial risks, implement risk management strategies, and ensure adequate internal controls.

* Financial Operations : Supervise and guide the finance team in day-to-day operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

* Financial Strategy and Advisory : Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team, assisting in decision-making, resource allocation, and investment evaluation. Conduct financial analysis for new business opportunities, acquisitions, and expansion plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for financial improvement.

* Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

* Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
