วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน
เพื่อทดแทนตำแหน่งเดิมที่เกษียณไป
ความรับผิดชอบโดยสังเขป
1. Product Formulation & Development • Develop and optimize formulations for nutritional foods & beverages, RTE, and dairy/plant-based dairy products based on product briefs, consumer insights, and brand direction. • Conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale experiments to evaluate ingredient functionality, sensory attributes, stability, and processing feasibility. • Design and execute trials to achieve target nutrition profiles (e.g., lower sugar, high protein, plant-based, clean label). • Translate new ideas and technology concepts into tangible, scalable product prototypes ready for commercialization.
2. Product Renovation & VICO Project Support • Lead formulation improvements for existing products to enhance quality, stability, or cost efficiency. • Participate in Value-In Cost-Out (VICO) projects — reformulating to reduce cost while maintaining taste, nutrition, and regulatory compliance. • Support raw material substitution projects by identifying and validating alternative ingredients that meet functional and cost requirements. • Conduct technical trials and summarize performance data to support management decisions.
3. Technical Documentation & Data Management • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for formulations, raw materials, and trial results following R&D data integrity standards. • Create Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Formulation Records, Process Flow Charts, and Specification Sheets for new and existing products. • Collaborate with the QA and Regulatory teams to provide technical input for product registration, label claims, and nutritional declarations. • Ensure accurate, traceable records for NPD projects under the company’s Stage-Gate Innovation Framework.
4. Pilot & Production Scale-Up • Coordinate pilot-scale trials and line tests with Operations and Engineering to ensure seamless scale-up of new formulations.
5. Ingredient, Technology & Market Research • Continuously research new ingredients, processing technologies, and nutrition trends relevant to the assigned product categories.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with the R&D Platform Manager, Packaging Platform Team, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Production to deliver project milestones.
7. Quality, Regulatory & Compliance • Ensure all formulations comply with Thai FDA and international food safety regulations (EU, ASEAN, FDA, Codex). Supporting the document concerning SAP / ISO / HACCP / GMP system and working on other jobs which have been assigned. • Support QA and Regulatory teams in stability studies, shelf-life validation, and product claim substantiation
