วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน

Tech Start-up production plays a critical role in ensuring that innovative cosmeceutical ingredients are manufactured with precision, discipline, and consistency.

ความรับผิดชอบโดยสังเขป

1. Execute daily production and pilot operations for cosmeceutical ingredients in accordance with approved SOPs and GMP standards. 

2. Prepare production lines, equipment, raw materials, and documentation to ensure smooth, on-time, and compliant manufacturing. 

3. Monitor and record critical operating parameters (e.g. time, temperature, mixing speed, pressure) to ensure batch consistency and traceability. 

4. Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene requirements, and immediately report any deviations or abnormalities. 

5. Operate production and pilot equipment under supervision and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. 

6. Coordinate with commercial researcher and commercial team during routine production, trials, scale-up activities and S&OP. 

7. Take ownership in coordinating specialty ingredient procurement, contributing to operation planning, and maintaining inventory visibility to support efficient, reliable, and scalable cosmeceutical manufacturing. 

8. Maintain accurate and complete batch records, logbooks, and production reports. 

9. Support pilot trials, scale-up runs, and continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality. 

10. Actively learn and develop technical skills related to cosmeceutical manufacturing and advanced delivery systems, preparing for higher-level responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements 

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific/engineering field. 

2. 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, pilot plant, or production operations within cosmetic, cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or specialty ingredient industries. (Fresh graduates with strong internship or hands-on laboratory/plant experience are welcome.) 

3. Basic understanding of production processes, GMP, and quality systems; prior exposure to ISO 22716, HALAL or GMP environments is an advantage. 

4. Ability to follow SOPs strictly, maintain accurate documentation, and work with batch records and production logs. 

5. Fundamental knowledge of raw materials, specialty ingredients, or formulation-based manufacturing is preferred. 

6. Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with procurement, quality, R&D, and production teams. 

7. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail, especially in a regulated manufacturing environment. 

8. Willingness to work in a pilot plant and production setting, including hands-on operation and shift-based work when required. 

9. Understanding of ASEAN and global cosmetic/supplement ingredient regulations is a plus. 

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset and effective project management and cross-functional collaboration. 

11. Clear scientific writing and presentation skills in both Thai and English
