• Analyzing existing solutions to highlight areas for improvement 
• Experience managing a mobile developer team with IOS and Android. Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic company 
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture 
• Lead on discrete projects, development and design 
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code 
• Collaborate with developers within IT and the business to implement solutions for cross-functional IT operations, internal business needs and customer-facing applications 
• Test and deploy applications and systems 
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code 
• Improve existing software 
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support 
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) 
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance 
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards 
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols 
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Experience with large-scale and high concurrency system 
• Proven experience mobile development applications more than 5years 
• Proven work experience as a Mobile developer 
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Google Play store 
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift or Kotlin 
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs 
• Familiarity with OOP design principles 
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude 
• Ability to perform in a team environment
