Compliance Senior Officer

Main Responsibilities:

-      Ensure that the company adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Debt Collection Act, and the Credit Bureau Act

-      Maintain effective communication with government agencies and regulatory bodies such as OCPB and NCB

-      Monitor the update of applicable laws and regulations

-      Set up Company’s Compliance framework, Ethic and other Corporate Governance standards

-      Set up Compliance training for the employee to leverage their awareness

-      Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance across the company

-      Assess regulatory risks affecting the company and recommend risk management strategies

-      Prepare and implement internal policies to ensure compliance across the company

-      Prepare and file company registration documents for the company

-      Assist in preparing the company's annual report

-      Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-      A bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or a related field

-      Minimum 3-5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance, preferably within the IT or financial sector

-      Excellent communication skills and team-oriented

-      Excellent command of the Thai language and a good working proficiency in English
