We are looking for a hands-on Resident Manager to run a boutique hotel with a café in central Sukhumvit.

This role is for someone who enjoys being on the ground, managing people, solving problems, and driving results — not just sitting behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily hotel and café operations
• Ensure excellent guest experience and strong online reviews
• Manage OTA pricing, occupancy, and revenue
• Control costs and improve profitability
• Lead and train a team of ~17 staff
• Handle maintenance, suppliers, and daily issues

What We’re Looking For

• Strong operations background in hotel or hospitality
• Comfortable managing both rooms + F&B
• Hands-on, practical, and detail-oriented
• Able to lead teams and handle real problems daily

หน้าที่หลัก

• ดูแลการทำงานของโรงแรมและคาเฟ่ในแต่ละวัน
• ดูแลและออกแบบประสบการณ์ที่ลูกค้าได้รับ
• จัดการราคา ห้องพัก และยอดขายผ่าน OTA
• คุมต้นทุน และบริหารกำไร
• ดูแลทีมประมาณ 17 คน (สอนงาน / จัดการ / แก้ปัญหา)
• จัดการเรื่องซ่อมบำรุง ซัพพลายเออร์ และเรื่องจุกจิกในแต่ละวัน

• คนที่มีประสบการณ์หรืออยากได้ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานสายโรงแรมหรือ hospitality
• คนที่ดูแลได้ทั้งห้องพัก + คาเฟ่ (F&B)
• คนลุย ๆ ลงมือทำจริง ใส่ใจรายละเอียด
• คุมทีมได้ และรับมือกับปัญหาหน้างานได้
