Job Description: 

1. Gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research to understand current processes and identify pain points.
2. Conducting data analysis and creating visualizations to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
4. Developing and maintaining detailed documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
5. Facilitating communication and bridging the gap between business and technical teams to ensure effective project implementation.
6. Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess the viability and potential impact of proposed solutions.
7. Supporting the testing and implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
8. Monitoring and evaluating project outcomes, measuring performance indicators, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
