Job Introduction

As a Business Analyst, you will get to create data-driven strategies to improve our company's processes and performance. You will help identify new business opportunities, engage customers and partners, provide suitable products/services that match customer’s needs and drive financial growth to ensure that the business becomes successful. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct Competitor Analysis and Market Analysis to catch up with current business trends and identify any new business opportunities
• Prepare presentation to attract customers with our company’s products and solutions
• Identify opportunity to improve products, services, processes and strategies from the business perspective and data analysis
• Provide insights and recommendation through data visualization such as charts or dashboards
• Present and convey data insights effectively to the team and other non-technical audiences for making business improvements
• Coordinate efficiently with other teams (e.g. admin, tech and product team) to deliver the top satisfactory service to clients and to help improve products/services by providing valuable market feedback 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Business Development, Sales & Marketing or related fields
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient at Google Slides & Sheets (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel)
• Able to work under pressure with a tight timeline and limited resources
• Fluent in both Thai and English (especially speaking and writing)
• “CAN-DO” attitude, strong ownership, commitment, responsibility, and team player
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related fields preferred
