Software Tester (Manual)

1.      Test Case Development: Ability to meticulously develop and document test cases and scenarios based on software requirements and specifications.

2.      Exploratory Testing: Proficiency in exploratory testing to intuitively identify issues by exploring the software without predefined tests.

3.      Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to catch subtle bugs and inconsistencies in software behavior and user interfaces.

4.      Communication and Documentation: Excellent communication skills for reporting bugs clearly and effectively, along with comprehensive documentation skills for detailing test procedures and findings.

5.      Understanding of Software Development Processes: Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies to effectively collaborate with development teams and understand software context.

Software Tester (Automate)

1.      Automated Testing Frameworks: Proficiency in using automated testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework for web and mobile applications.

2.      Programming Skills: Ability to write and maintain test scripts using programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

3.      CI/CD Integration: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate testing processes within the development cycle.

4.      Test Strategy and Design: Skill in developing comprehensive automated testing strategies and designing test cases to cover functional, regression, and performance testing.

5.      Debugging and Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills to analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and effectively communicate issues to the development team.
