Critical Tasks

• Lead in technical sessions and accountable for structuring team to meet client goals
  and objectives in technical aspects in small to medium sized projects
• Create / Review technical documents, code, and related deliverables, and participate to
  deliver to the client
• Design and implementation of analysis that will identify requirements related to
  processes, technology and system architecture
• Manage own tasks, schedules and deliverables and co-ordinate the work of others. Also, be accountable for specific areas of responsibility / deliverables.

Key Measurement Area

• Sessions are run properly
• Documents are created and completed on time
• Solution design are matched with the technical requirements, with proper technology
• Assignments are achieved on time and completely
• Quality of code delivery
   

Qualification

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience or related fields

Preferred Knowledge

• Knowledge in coding skill for developing software application
• Knowledge in XML and related technologies
• Knowledge in Web-based application and Cloud platform
• Knowledge and experiences in UML and SDLC in general
• Software Development specific certification or other related certification - Knowledge in Business areas
• System architecture
