Lead HR strategies, people budget and align people vision across company
Advise leaders on HR improvement areas and propose plan to enhance people capabilities
Oversee and lead initiatives in Talent Management/Development, Compensation, Benefits, Culture/Engagement, Employee Relations, Internal Communication, Learning and Development and Facilities Management
Own performance management and goal setting process to drive high performing organization
Ensure people process and cycles are in place and effective
Ensure employee’s rules and regulations are properly executed and all related people agenda are complied with related law
Conduct and oversee BE8 Group HR committee
Ensure that we build and maintain a positive culture (including vision, mission & values)
Others as assigned

Qualification
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Human resources, or related field
Minimum 10 years in human resources and/or in people management
Interpersonal and Communication skills
Proficient in English both speaking and writing
