Partner with SVP HR to establish short and long term strategies to drive business success. Ensure the people agenda is deployed and effectively actioned within Malee Group and drive balance of business and employee advocacy.
Develop and engage in appropriate OD interventions that strengthen the health of the organization and enable a high-performance culture.
Partner with function heads and line managers to develop a talent development strategy and build up the succession plan for the commercial functions.
Measure organizational health, be a catalyst to lead change, and provide recommendations to the LM or functional leaders. Point out the critical issues to LMs in order to make change.
Analyze and diagnose the engagement agenda of each team, partnering with LMs to drive engagement strategy and activities to tackle any issues that impede delivering business results.
Provide performance management guidance to line managers such as coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Encourage and educate LMs on using the Malee Culture (TOP) as the core in managing and making decisions. Be a culture champion.
Manage and resolve employee relation issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide people policies practice compliance.
Assist and work closely with LMs and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase work productivity and retention.
Identify the right candidates for the Malee Group recruitment process. Ensure quality people selection and act as a guardian to balance the selection process.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in the Human Resources function; HRBP background is an advantage
Experience in FMCG or F&B business is preferred
Good understanding of people processes such as recruitment, talent development, and performance management
Strong execution and counseling skills
High ethical standards, passion for people, and good motivating and influencing skills
