JOB DESCRIPTION

ShareRing is seeking an experienced technical support person to join our fast-growing company in supporting clients on our state of the art platform that is built on blockchain technology.

Working closely with our partners and end-users, you will apply your existing technical support experience along with in house training from our team you will be required to design, implement, and ultimately deliver on an ongoing basis our technical support program for our various products.

As a member of the technology team, you will have a good understanding of IT support/help desk systems. You will maintain strong relationships with internal product, engineering, and support teams, and contribute to product innovation via feedback from our customers.  You will also proactively work with our teams in Vietnam, China Australia, and Europe to resolve all escalated issues and ensure service issues are successfully resolved at all times.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that he or she thrives in a self-starter environment, and will have a proven track record of delivering IT  support service orientated solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

●       Leading in ensuring the overall system design is modular and scalable for the defined business growth plan

●       Work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand and document our IT system requirements to ensure customer expectations are managed and met.

●       Work closely with the development team to ensure the system design is understood, and support our partners and end-users through the entire development life cycle including the development of any initial feasibility prototypes.

●       Manage users Blockchain nodes and infrastructure services across a number of cloud service providers. (Training will be provided for our bespoke blockchain systems)

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

●       Self-motivation, enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to work independently

●       Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

●       The ability to solve problems as they arise.

●       Proven ability to resolve technical issues raised by clients in an efficient and effective manner.

●       Testing and documenting software, major releases, and bug fixes

●       Overall technical savvy with demonstrated ability in work in a small team setting, owning complex technical projects with international scope

●       Experience managing and collaborating on long-term implementation projects, with documented results

●       Lateral and logical troubleshooting, follow-through and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills

●       Experience with setting up and configuring Docker containers

Nice to have:

●       Experience with blockchain

●       Spoken Languages Thai, Chinese (not essential)
