Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic backend developer to join our family. If you have excellent coding skills and have a passion to learn new technologies and leverage them to build and improve amazing applications, we would like to meet you. 

Human resources and Recruitment system are the main product developed and maintained by Backend team. You will collaborate with other teams to plan, develop, and deliver the best products for our customers. You will play an important role that directly impacts our products and growth as a company within a tech start-up environment that still retains a family-like vibe.

• Language: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript
• Framework: Spring, SpringBoot, Node.js
• Database: MySQL
• Technology stack, tools, and services: Git/GitHub, AWS S3/EC2/SQS/etc., Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redis, Flyway
• Other keywords: RESTful API, OOP, OAuth2

Although our technology stacks are mainly based on Java/Spring, we are open to the new technologies and frameworks. We are exploring and building new technologies that could expand our opportunities and our services.

• Blockchain: DeFi, Dapp, Web3, NFT, Solidity, Hardhat

Job Requirements

• Love coding and problem solving. This is a MUST :)
• Experienced in software development team is a plus
• Experienced in the programming languages and technology stack is a plus
  • Willing to learn new technologies and keep self-improvement
• For experienced applicants,
  • Perform review, merge and deploy code submitted by other backend team members
  • Having strong skills and understand the need to balance scalability, security and performance
  • Set operational goals and key performance indicators to measure, track and continuously improve team and personal targets
