Responsibilities  :

- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and data operations to mobilize business growth plans.

- Design, develop and implement IT systems, policies and procedures.

- Oversee technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security of data, network access and backup systems.

- Identify or design and develop technology to deliver solutions to support business.

- Be responsible for device and password management.

- Oversee the planning, implementing, and tracking of IT projects.

- Assist management in procurement of all IT equipment and software and manage contracts with vendors and software licenses.

- Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization and firewall etc.)

- set the system on the side Infrastructure including the supervision of Infrastructure to be ready for use and effective in various fields such as Infrastructure (System, Network, Security), (Mail System), Communication (WAN and Link), Configuration Network Operating System (Server), Application ,Web Hosting, Data Center , Database backup and monitoring and surveillance standards of network equipment, etc.

-  Control and maintain the organization's IT Support system to serve all units of all affiliated companies. effectively including the preparation of an appropriate maintenance plan.

- Explore new technologies to be applied for the benefit of the organization.

- Manage the team including outsource to be able to operate according to the specified goals.

- Determine a plan to develop subordinates to increase their potential and knowledge of the team in accordance with the purpose of the company.

- Ensure maintenance contract is executed with vendor/supplier and periodic preventive maintenance is performed on office Systems.

- Ensure security system uptime according to the agreed SLA.

- Monitor and respond to IT Security threats and alerts according to formalized process and SLA.

- Allocate appropriate budget for IT Security and ensure effective spending of the approved budget.

- Developing and maintaining a list of required IT equipment and specifications by role/function.

- Following the IT systems analyst/helpdesk process in determining an internal service level agreement (SLA) and ensuring that requests and issues are responded  to and rectified effectively.

- Activating following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and following the escalation process for various issues.

- Managing communications and processes for staff with regard to IT system issues.

- Liaising with the People Team to maintain an update asset tracking in HR System for technology-related assets.

- Coordinate IT service and resolve the problems.

- Record and update the Company Asset Inventory.



Professional & Leadership Experience


- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

- Minimum 5 years working in IT field with a variety of experience in software, hardware, and applications as well as computer networks, network administration and network installation.

- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.

- Proven people management skills, team management over people diversities, cultural sensitivity and coaching.

- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

- Good command in written and spoken English skill.

- Experience in Digital Content and digital it solutions related industry is preferred.

Career Level  :  Manager.

Qualification  :  Degree or Master.

Years of Experience   :  5 years of experience in IT field with a variety of experience in software, hardware, and applications as well as computer networks, network administration and network installation.
