Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for understanding business requirements, including any technical limitations
- Conduct user research and discover data-driven insights
- Translating data and insights into personas, journey, sitemaps, user flow, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design the overall functionality and experience of the product leading to a great user and customer experience
- Work closely with strategist and product team to understand stakeholders, business, and markets
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, product owner, and developers

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or related design discipline
- At least 2-4 years of experience in UX or product design, including the experience in designing across multiple platforms and conducting user research
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other related design tools
- A portfolio showcasing your design projects and direct contributions
- Fluent in Thai and English
