As a Senior Performance Media Specialist, your primary role is to deliver results for our clients

You will use data to filter all decisions and will be responsible for the full implementation

of plans from strategy through to online and offline execution. You will manage, analyze

and optimize your campaigns to ensure delivery against key business goals and plan

campaign objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing solid direction on all aspects of campaign management across paid search, social, and display for two major finance brands.
  • Delivering an optimal always-on program, with strong ROI targets across all digital channels
  • Promoting continuous optimization of the accounts and constantly seeking ways to improve campaign activity and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to plan and execute strategies that deliver on marketing objectives while being within budget and on time, in response to client briefs.

  • Leading, developing, & motivating a team of two channel-specific Specialists to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Providing strategic insights on what is happening in the client’s industry, with consumers, and competitors.



  • 2 - 5 years experience in managing Search Marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients
  • Proficiency across DSPs and Google Adwords and Microsoft Ads, as well as bid management technology (eg: DV360, Adobe Ad Cloud, etc.). Proficient with MSFT Office suite and digital platforms in general as expected, including use across reporting and data analysis, presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Successful track record in managing and growing relationships with partners and customers
  • End-to-end understanding of general and digital marketing concepts, language, objectives, and trends
  • Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely
