Key Responsibilities:

•       Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their HRM requirements, processes, and workflows.

•       Lead the implementation and configuration of HRM software solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

•       Customize HRM systems to accommodate unique business requirements, including configuring modules such as employee self-service, payroll, time attendance, performance management, and talent acquisition.

•       Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, and manage project delivery according to schedule and budget constraints.

•       Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the stability and reliability of HRM systems.

•       Provide expert guidance and training to end-users on HRM system functionalities and best practices.

•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals and business stakeholders, to integrate HRM systems with other enterprise applications.

•       Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in HRM technology and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

•       Proven experience (minimum of 3years) as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst specializing in HRM systems, with a track record of successful implementations.

•       In-depth knowledge of HRM processes and best practices, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, talent management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

•       Strong technical skills, with proficiency in HRM software solutions such as SAP Success Factor, Workday, Oracle HCM including configuration and customization capabilities.

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

•       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

•       Certification in relevant HRM software platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) is a plus.
