Job Summary:

• Design system to support Recycling Materials Management process including logistic, buying, goods receiving, goods issuing, payment and report. 
• Manage and analyze Recycling Materials Management data.
• Sustain existing system.

Responsibilities:

• Being project manager for the new system project and also maintain existing software.
• Being business analyst & system analyst.
• Co-ordinate with other functions to improve system and process.
• Sustain Recycling Materials Management system.
• Lead and follow up vendor and related persons according to project plan and timeline.
• Plan system budget and make IT-Maintenance agreement contract.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, MIS or related fields (Bachelor G.P.A. > 2.70, Master G.P.A. > 3.30).
• Proficient in English (TOEIC score at least 550).
• Possess more than 3 years of working experience in developing, implementing and maintaining.
• Possess project management skill, data management skill and analytical skill.
• Familiar with SQL database and web development.
• Business knowledge in sourcing, logistics, and payment.
• Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, flexibility and service mind.
• Able to travel upcountry and overseas as assigned.
