Responsibility

Responsibilities and tasks, you may undertake as a D365 FO Function Consultant in the finance or Supply Chain domain:

 1.Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Conducting workshops and interviews to gather information.

 2.Solution Design: Translating client requirements into functional design specifications for the Dynamics 365 finance or Supply Chain module. Configuring the system to meet specific business needs.

 3.System Configuration: Customizing the D365 FO finance or Supply Chain module by configuring various financial components such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and bank management, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting. Or configuring various supply chain components such as warehouse, costing method, etc.

 4.Data Migration: Assisting with data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of financial data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 finance or Supply Chain. Verifying data integrity and conducting reconciliation.

 5.Testing and Training: Creating and executing test plans to ensure the functionality of the finance or Supply Chain module. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on system usage and best practices.

 6.Support and Troubleshooting: Providing post-implementation support to end-users, addressing functional issues, and troubleshooting problems. Assisting with system upgrades and enhancements.

 7.Integration and Reporting: Collaborating with technical consultants to integrate Dynamics 365 finance or Supply Chain with other systems or applications. Developing and configuring financial reports using tools like Power BI or SQL Server Reporting Services.

 8.Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of Dynamics 365 finance or Supply Chain. Providing recommendations for process improvements and optimization to enhance financial management practices.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 2 years of experience of consult and support on Microsoft D365 Finance and Operation.

3. Good in English communication.

4. Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Understanding of Retail Business operation is a plus.

8. Good in English is a plus.

9. Retail business knowledge is a plus.
