คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ ขั้นต่ำ 3 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อายุระหว่าง 25 ถึง 40 ปี
รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibility
1. Conduct Requirements Gathering: Lead team to collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements by conducting workshops and interviews to gather information. Moreover, able to consult end to end operational business process is required.
2. High-level Solution Design: Console business requirement from team and design/adjust high level design to meet business requirements.
3. Conduct implement/enhancement ERP project or internal/external projects which related to Leasing Business e.g. Hire Purchase System, Personal loan which included bidding process on Vendor selection and control vendor to delivered on committed timeline.
4. Oversee Leasing system operation on System Monitoring, System Configuration, Data Migration, Testing and Training, Deployment and Support and Troubleshooting of Leasing Business.
5. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of Leasing Business for business process improvement and reduce team workload
6. Managing team resource and budgeting to fulfill day-to-day operation and implementation projects.
Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 5 years of experience in software inhouse operation and implementation projects.
3. 3 years of experience of development and support on Leasing Business
4. Good in English communication.
5. Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Understanding of Leasing Business operation is a plus.
9. Strong programming skills in .Net, Java, Python, or C++
10. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or other database technologies
11. Experience with Agile development methodologies
12. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
13. Take ownership in database management and restructuring if required, to ensure user-friendly and efficient data platform
14. Strong communication and teamwork skills
