We are looking for 2 positions

1. Factory Controller Section Manager

• Job Purpose
  • Plan, control, and analyze factory costs to support business decision-making and improve cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and performance against standards and budgets.
  • Provide accurate cost information to support management reporting and CMG requirements.
  • Support management in cost control initiatives by providing insightful financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Develop and improve cost accounting systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial objectives.
  • Act as a key finance business partner for manufacturing operations.

2.  Cost Controller Section Manager

• Job Purpose
  • Manage and control factory costs to support business efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor production costs and product cost structures.
  • Prepare and analyze cost reports to support management and CMG requirements.
  • Provide cost information and analysis to support marketing and business decisions.
  • Support management with financial and cost-related insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Perform related support tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in cost control, cost accounting, or factory FP&A
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience at management or supervisory level
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, and cost variance analysis
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays

Location: Abico Dairy Farm Factory, Pak Chong District (near Chokchai Farm)
