Responsibilities:
1. Build and create long-lasting, trusted relationships between the company and customers.
2. Develop clear sales strategies & sales structures based on customer needs, competitors, and market to serve and grow the GMV from every account segment.
3. Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts and be accountable for the agreed sales and margin target.
4. Participate in strategic direction and execution plan development to maintain customer retention rate.
5. Collaborate with the relevant teams (especially commercial or product sourcing team) to identify and capture business opportunities.
6. Be open-minded and considerate, and able to train and coach subordinates with a goal to improve team performance as a whole.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. At least 3-4 years of work experience in Key Account management, Sales Executive or related fields.
3. Excellent skill in time management, customer service, and problem-solving is a must.
4. Proven experience with e-commerce, B2B sales especially to HoReCa segment or Food & Beverage Sales will be advantageous.
